Most of our staff and gate technicians have been working with Raclo for many years and are all trained and knowledgeable with just about anything to do with gates. Therefore we can try to assist over the phone, were possible, to problem solve and provide instructions on how to put the gate into manual operation.

Our technicians are monitored and assisted by the service and installations manager to ensure that your service is complete and nothing is overlooked. Raclo will email out a detailed invoice / report usually within a few hours of being on-site so that if your not home you can see what the technician found while he was there.
